Delete Your Data
How to delete your document files while keeping your account.
You can delete your stored document files without closing your account. This is done in the app, and no request to us is needed. To remove everything and close your account instead, see Delete Your Account.
How to delete your data
- Open the DocuStash app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap “Delete All Documents”.
- Follow the confirmation prompts.
What gets deleted
- All document files
What stays
- Items and reminders
- Encryption keys
- Audit logs
- Your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
